Some suggestions:

Italian Night - fresh pasta with several sauces, risottos and all of the italian cuisine with a great "chianti".

Spanish Lunch - Paella Valenciana or Paella Marinara (your choice!) - with that special Spanish withe wine.

Argentinian/Brazilian Barbecue - The way to cut the meat makes the difference on taste and the fame of the "Churrasco" made in Brazil and Argentina. Invite your friends to savour a delicious "picanha" among other kind of meats, including the very English Barbecue.
